November 2021 – We’re coming back

Yes, Riverside Drama Circle is now back in rehearsals for two upcoming productions.

The first production will ‘air’ this side of Christmas – date to be finalised but likely to be around the 16^th/17^th December.  The show, which is being directed by Tommy Campbell, will be a very ‘novel’ version of The Importance of Being Earnest written by Oscar Wilde. Tommy and cast are very much into rehearsals at this point in time.

An all female cast is busy rehearsing for the staging of our second production – Albertine in Five Times, a play written by the French Canadian playwright – Michel Tremblay. The play is being directed by Kevin Jones. Although no date has yet been finalised, it is expected to take to the stage, before a live audience, in early February 2022 in the Sean O’Casey Theatre
